Sculpture crisislefantina Tanara following models of D.H. Chiparus (Romania 1886-1947 Paris). It represents a dancer seated fastening the ballet shoes. It is made of silver bronze, enamelled and chiselled. The face and hands are made of finely hand carved elephant ivory. The base is onyx and is signed. CITES documentation is attached.
