Sculpture chryselephantine sculpture Footsteps following models of D.H. Chiparus (Romania 1886-1947 Paris). Represents a dancer with arms extended one up and one down with undulating skirt. It is made of gilded bronze, enamelled and chiseled. The head, hands, belly and feet are made of finely hand carved elephant ivory. The base is onyx and marble which is signed.
